Sikaran-Arnis International is the Australian chapter of the World Sikaran-Arnis Brotherhood of the Philippines. It was founded by Jose Marie "Jesse" Capili Diestro (SN: 1175) in Sydney on 7 April 1986 to introduce the Filipino martial arts of footfighting called Sikaran and stick fighting called Arnis to patrons living in Australia.
Jesse Diestro's program is based on the oundations set by the brotherhood, which includes responsible use of these martial arts discipline. He follows strict rules in grading his students and most of his students have brought pride and honour to the Sikaran organization by winning in local and international martial arts competitions.
